Grant Saidiner brings his 20+ years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate to Pinnacle Estate Properties.  Grant has extensive experience assisting Sellers, Buyers and Investors. He began his career in real estate initially as a commercial investor. Throughout his career he has focused on all forms of residential and commercial real estate in Southern California. Graduating with a Bachelors degree in Business and Psychology from the University of Southern California has given Grant a solid understanding of the Real Estate market from both a business perspective as well as an emotional one.

Taking the time to fully understand a client’s needs is what makes him successful. Making sure you are comfortable with the sequence of events is a first priority. Keeping innovative and staying on top of new technology to reach buyers is how he gets homes sold.
